What a great looking guy1 He looks like a friend of mine, or if he's not I'd like him to be. Very good portrait/personality study. |

Definitely old. A little better DOF to keep from distracting from the man's face would have made the photo a little bit better, as the background is VERY busy. Nice B&W though. |

I love all the old junk behind the vendor (is that the vendor?) though the large expanse of wall at the left isnt as interesting. Wonder if could have changed where you took the photo from to maximise the old junk in the background? |

What a great model this guy was. Im not sure why this is sepia/b&w though. It's obviously a modern picture - the shirt, hat and glasses give that away. I think I would have stayed in colour and let this fella's face do all the work for you. :) |

nice idea. b&w works well here. you did a good job with the glasses (a tough one) and he has an interesting expression on his face. i think i would've preferred it if the gentleman was positioned more to the right in the shot and then in the space to the left there would actually be some specific old things visible that he trades in. this way, it looks a little haphazardous to my eyes. -- gr8photos (5) |

It's his Mona Lisa smile that makes the picture. |

Great picture. The only recommendation I would make would be shift to the left just slightly and take the picture so that he is further right, and you can see some more of the stuff past him. This is a great picture I think. karmat |

This is pretty good as a portrait. The subject is positioned nicely in relation to the background objects. The only thing I would note is the reflections off of his glasses and the window. Possibly using an external filter or repositioning at least to get rid of the reflections on the eyeglasses. Other than that, this is really good. |

Fantastic - love it all. Jumps out at you. The purist may moan at a few things but I can't find fault - only one mark for this one - 10... |
