Love the sepia. Your lighting is superb here, and the shallow DOF is great.

I like the simplicity of this and your processing. Good DOF.

Good selective focus. I doesn't need the bridge or whatever that is on the left.

Uncommon photo for this challenge. Well done. I love the shallow DOF. Good job with the conversion as well.

There are several shots like this in the challenge, but this one grabs me. I'm trying to figure out why. I think it's the near silhouette of the spike, the clarity of the raised lettering on the side of the rail, and the placement of the line of the rail itself in the frame. The play of light seems just right, too.

Wonderful use of DOF to isolate the spike and eliminate the background. Sharp, well focused where it counts. I do want to "push" the spike to the right some to balance this. :D Should do fine with this. Good luck.

You made the same mistake I (think I) did, DOF is a little shallow. The text on the rail is illedgible. But I quite enjoy the subject matter and the sepia.

I love the composition (angle) and DOF on this photo. Awesome use of sepia and leading line. This is outside the box and has the impact to prove it :)
