 This is an Old tractor I have passed several times and said sooner or later I am taking a picture of it and finally did.

The image was cropped slightly then all the colors other than red were desaturated and the image was sized and sharpened.

Post Challenge: Thanks everyone, I got up at 5:00 in the morning to go out and take this shot and your comments and scores made it all worth while. And getting 4 favorites and a wish (I had to look up what a wish list was..lol) list was an awesome surprise... Thanks again!

Thanks Sandy, I was really surprised it got into the top 10 but I am glad so many people liked it. I give the tractor most of the credit, then of course my son for some of his processing advice, I only take credit for getting up early to take the picture...lol

I'm new to DP and the DPChallenge, but this photo really appeals to me. Excellent composition, interesting colorization, lots to hold your gaze, an excellent photo. I rate it high!

Strong image, nicely executed color processing, just wish that you could reduce the residual color in the background. Reminds me of the old days of hand coloring B&W prints. Nicely done.

i like the colour and the contrast of this picture, spot on. I don't know why but pictures of "valuable junk" amuse me, i give this one an 8.

Great tones in this image. I guess if it's valuable it shouldn't be labeled junk - eh? :D One mans garbage is another mans treasure! He-he. Seriously...nice photo. Good luck in the challenge.
