For just a photo I think I'd like it better without the line/border. If it was a poster (maybe with some ad type on it) I'd like it with the line.

Those are SOME flaps (or whatever) on the wings -- never seen those before.

Excellent shot tip to tip. I really like how this one is presented. Good balance. the wings in the upper right and lower left thirds area, draw you into the canopy and then you notice the pilot

Ah, I wanted to do this, but couldn't get to our glider port (and the sky was overcast all week). Nice capture. The only thing I don't like is the cropping/composition. Not sure what would have been best, but doing something a little less centered could have helped give it a feeling of movement.

I think the lighting for this shot couldn't have been better. Maybe too tight of a crop maybe not. Still a great photo that meets the challenge.

Nice clear sharp lines in the subject. Focusing is really good. You can read the call sign of the glider and the see the pilot clearly. The angle that you capture helps to give a sense of being in the air. The blue of the sky makes the glider pop out of the picture. The frame takes away and makes the glider seem confining. A panaorama crop would be incredible.

The crop is a little too tight for me. A moving object needs space in front of it, something I learnt from photo courses. Otherwise a good pic - 8.

Very nice. I feel that it does not need the frame line though. I think that it crowds the subject. Just my ever so humble opinion. Survey says...
