Nice one, maybe having more of the glove and less of the tree would have helped, but exposition for the subject and DOF are really good.

Wow the light and exposure in this photo is amaing, but I'm a little unsure about this composition. Framing at the glove I can see, but all the extra headroom feels unbalanced to me. Very nice use of DOF as well for isolating your subject.

I wouldnt have known this was about baseball unless i read the title... if the mit was more in the shot, i think it would be more effective. clean shot other than that!

Good idea, fits the challenge, but I feel there is too much empty space at top and not enough space at the bottom. I wish you hadn't cut off the catcher's mitt, after all that is what the photo is all about, playing catch.

This is a lovely photo, however, I think it would have been more effective if the boy's glove were more visible.

I would have liked to see more of the glove and less of the negative space above his head. Action shots are hard to frame, so it may have been shot like this. great focus and nice subject.
