Love the idea, just not as fond of the lighting, think I would have liked this image better if the light coming out of the box were not as intense, less of it and more soft and had some slight more ambient lighting for the surroundings. Keep at it, this idea is promising.

Very, very creative idea. Like it lot. Use of the light shining up out of the box is a great idea. This is a tricky shot to pull off. The concept is fantastic but the technical execution could be a little better. The brightness from the boxlight overexposes your upper body and face a bit to much and hifting the center of focus to your face might work a little better. You are getting some reddish/yellowish color overtones on the arms and hair, but there is a way with curves and/or Hue Saturation to shift it back to natural colors. Pull me out of that box and I'll show you how to fix that with Photoshop. :)
Be careful removing me, though, and keep that outreaching hand under control. After all, I've been ALONE in the desert for a long, long time... hard telling what I might latch on to, if you know what I mean. LOL!!! You can rescue me any time! - Steve
