 This bird let me get so close to it i had my 10-22 lens on but was afraid to change it incase it flew away.
I think it just meets challenge but not to confident on the score.

I suspect you'll get a few DNMC's for not completely freezing the motion here, but I love the shot too much. Excellent! Favorite!

amazing clarity and proximity.
I also liked the fact that the things in the background stay focused.

Beautiful shot....wings look blurred...or maybe I am missing something...good score anyway

Darn. Another well composed and interesting image with motion blur in it. :-( The green foliage in the bottom left adds some good context and depth to this image and the seagulls are tack sharp. Exposure is right on. Best of luck to you in the challenge.
