Don't be discouraged.. you'll be improving in no time.. :)
This is a lovely shot. Great capture.. As the others had said.. 2 things..
1) Sharper focus on "Black Lab"
2) tighter crop to give it an "action pack" look..

| ok, the dog's in motion, but there's not much here to really make the image work. it may be that your camera is not best suited for this type of shot (the image could be a lot sharper). as for adding interest, maybe if you had shot it from the ground up, you would have lost the distracting background. |

| Handsome dog. Great grass you're growing there. ;^) Unfortunately the dog is a little blurry and based on the grass being in focus I'm thinking it's from motion blur. Not going to go over well with voters when 'Stopped Motion' is the theme. :( Best of luck in the challenge. |
