This shot was the most difficult I've done at DPChallenge! I know it doesn't look like it, but it was four light sources, two slabs of wood (that kept falling over), and hand held at a fairly slow shutter speed (while trying to hold the mirror as still as possible, with one of the lights balancing against my arm. It was so difficult to not get any glare on the mirror or tools, and still not have glare on the wood background. Crazy, and not worth it!
I hope you like the shot, it was a tough one!

If this is a magnifying glass, I don't see how this picture could be made.... if it is a mirror, then I understand.

cool shot....ok how'd you do it? looks like a magnyfier (sp?) at first...but the woods too light...mirror?

I like the concept with the mirror, but don't understand why vise-grips would be used on a socket, I think a nice chrome socket and ratchet would work better.

Great composition! The dark wooden background really makes the light wood in the mirror make the tools really stand out.
