Beautiful photo, the duotone works very well.
I've got some minor remarks about the composition though: the stem on the left looks out of place and I would like to see everything shifted a little towards to the bottom so it would comply to the rule of thirds. But that's a matter of personal taste I guess.
Nevertheless it's one of my favorites this week.

| I really like this but i wish ther was the smallest bit of fill flash or somthing so that we could see the flower just a little bit, I maen a really little bit more. Really nice shot. |

| This is the first photo I opened, the thumbnail caught my eye immediately. It's cotton? Don't you hate it when you take a great photo that works for this challenge and the next (texture) ;) I really like the coloring on this - I think of a hot and tiresome day, a view the pickers might see - and the way you captured the 'strands' of cotton thru the light. Perhaps if the background was a tad more in focus...not sure though. I do know this is a great photo, a top 10 I think. 9 cthenk |

| Neat texture in that silhouette, and a silhouette isn't something you'd normally associate with texture. Nice color too...though I thnk I wish that puff weren't directly in front of the sun. Dunno if that would have been possible or maybe would have caused some flare of some sort. |
