I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.

A very nicely done b/w portrait, but no wheres near a candid for me. Love the tones and the girl is very pretty though!

This is a very simple picture, but I like it for some reason...

Candids are moments of spontaneity. It's not a candid if you can tell that they're posing for you.

Looks to be more of a portrait than a candid shot.

She's looking right at you, not a candid

Issues of the shot being or not being candid aside, I find personally that the blown highlights in the hair is fairly distracting, as it kind of opens up a 'hole' from her hairline to the sky. Otherwise, good shot.

The brightness of the top of the frame draws my eyes away from her eyes...

Although it's a good portrait, I don't consider "looking at the camera" as being candid.
Also, your light needs improvement, as the sky is blending with her hair.

This looks posed to me but maybe I'm wrong.
