Hi, my name is Kari and from the critique club.

First Impression - the most important one:
Nice sharing shot. Good candid ... lovely couple.

Composition:
This is well done, the picture is nicely cropped ...

Subject:
meets the challenge.

Technical (Colour and light):
Pity we can't direct the sun as a light source it would have been so much more helpful. This is crisp and lovely shot.

To grow its vote?:
This is a good solid shot as shown from the voting.

Summary:
Good work .. can't wait to see more.

I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry in this challenge.

This is ok. Good dof. Tons of shadows on the faces, but we can't always control where the sun will shine when taking a candid. Of course, sunglasses are always a nightmare to candid photographers as well. I also see little emotion here. Other than the hug I see little interest. I can however, imagine them seeing something or watching something emotional. It is just a bit of a stretch for me though to imagine when I like to see it head on. It's a 5 photo for me.
