I'm not sure I would say flowers are a photographic trend more of a seasonal photographic possibility.
The photo itself though is very good, the focus is good, the colors are good and overall it is a very eye pleasing photo. I think what it lacked here is it needed to work into the challenge "Trends" better.

| I think the composition could've been better. Tighter crop on the flowers is my suggestion. There's no real focal point here. Try shooting from a different angle as well to make it more interesting. Rather dull as it stands now. |

| Photographing flowers does seem to be trendy. The high contrast on this one gives it an appearance suggestive of a chinese painting (where flowers have always been a favorite subject). I like it. |
