 We FINALLY got a tiny bit of snow in Oklahoma City. This was a quick shot at Lake Hefner in NW Okc.

Outstanding. Good coverage of tones. I see the black in the bench leg and a wide range of tones. Love the shadow under the bench; lovely, rich tonalities in this image.

Simple but eloquent. It's much harder to do this minimalist stuff than it looks ...I know; I've tried and failed. You haven't. 7.

I really like what you were trying to do here. I think the perspective of the shot is very good. It's just unfortunate that the tree in the background is in line with the bench. That's not your fault, obviously, but it does reduce the impact of the shot a little. JMO

The starkness of this scene really lends itself to b/w. Can't make up my mind whether I'd prefer it with a longer DOF or not.
