I know, it looks a bit grey and blurred. I thought it could pass as a touch of heaven or something like that, but not a lot seemed to see it this way. I used a flash for lighting up the face and a reflector bound to a thin thread, rotating around her head and illuminated by a weak halogen lamp. This was my mistake because I set the white balance on flashlight and the portrait had a strong yellow cast. When I corrected that on the computer, the hallow was barely visible anymore and I had to apply a lot of filters which gave this blurr and greyish tone!

If I have ever again to make a picture of a halo again, I will rotate a light source instead of a reflector and it should work fine.

color is off and shadow on left side distracting - her expression is good

Not crisp enough for my taste, the glow is a nice touch though...

The green thing around her head is distracting. ;-)

Your image lack clearity. You might have been trying to shine a light on your model but the ray is too faint.

The halo is a neat idea - the picture needs a bit more light on the subject, as she appears a bit underexposed. Her expression is great for this challenge, though.

the halo effect needs to be more pronounced. also the lighting is a bit flat, making the colours muted. would be nice to increase the saturation and improve the curves of this image to bring it a bit more to life. otherwise, interesting concept, just wish the image wasn't so muddy.
(lighting issues with the shadow on the left of her nose), and perhaps wearing a less textured shirt would help improve the image.

I like your concept, shows creativity and imagination. I'm not sure how you did the "halo", but my perception makes me think she is about to get hit in the head with that darker green circle object. I think with a stronger light source and more focus, this could be a really great image.

Nice composition and a heavenly beautiful face! Could be more in focus, and I feel like the photo is underexposed, it needs more lightig.
