Not bad, framed a bit tightly though as you almost cut of the heels of the woman and it´s a bit flat for my taste, I would love it just soo much more if it had more contrast.

Theres some motion panning going on but this pic has allmost NO aesthetic value.

You have what look like major dust specks in this shot, near the top and on the left (also one on the front wheel of the bike). If they are in every shot you'll need to get the camera cleaned. Other than that it's a pretty good attempt at panning. It's a shame it wasn't a sunny day.
