 I expect the link to the challenge on this shot will pull my score down. I think any abstract shot automatically begs the viewer to question what it is they are looking at and how the forms and colors were captured or produced. While I know this shot is quite readily understood as probably being of moving vehicles producing the light streaks, I think it offers enough uniqueness of colors and light forms to compell the viewer towards further questions. Therefore, I think this shot does meet the challenge, although I doubt others will agree very strongly.

I like the dark blue at the top and the shaeds of red and orange on the bottom. Good iuse of thirds here, Interesting the way the lights seem to be moving very fast.

I doesn't trigger any questions for me, but I really like it. Red region below, blue above, and lines to separate works well. Given the type of image, I have not changes to recommend.
