This is a ideal image for either the transparency contest or reflection. What an amazing place to see able to take this shot, I would have never guessed that this was a museum. I love the placement of where you took the shot from as well as the composition. The image seems so peaceful, possibly from all the blue. I also really like that you can sees a little sail boat out on the water as well as people outside the building. The only I would comment on is those small reflections in the windows in just a few small place. Overall I think you did a great job, people may have just voted it higher in the reflection category.

this is such a beautiful calatrava building :)

Very nice symmetry. The shadows break the "mirroring" effect and the centering is just dead-right. Very good.

The colors are off here; nice shot but the yellows take over

Great symmetry and colours. It's almost a pity that the people are there.

Lake front at Milw. great subject. Appears to be warm afternoon light.

The whole picture has a bluish or greenish tint as though the white balance is off. Good choice of subject.

such interesting lines and architecture! the eye really gets drawn to the view beyond, too. a good transparancy entry.

I like it. If I'm being really picky I clone out the people on the left and I use a polarizer to remove the mild reflections in the windows. Good capture though. 7

Beautiful colors and symmetry. The people in the background help ground this shot. I like the vivid aqua.
