There is too much dark i the clouds and the sky is blue, so to me this is not a white background.

I'm sure you have heard this but how does this fit the challenge? It is an awesome shot and IMHO, would be more attractive if you crop the bottom 3rd out but I just don't see light on white.

does not really meet the challenge. Take a photo in which the background is white and the subject is predominately a "light" color.
