For me, the lack of focus and over-exposed areas are too overwhelming for my liking. JMO |

Cute concept here. Love the perspective and title. The background is a bit blown though. |

I'd have liked this one a lot more if the highlights weren't blown and the nose (or eyes) were in focus. Is this a doberman? It looks like my dog. |

the idea is interesting but the picture lacks focus, i would have tried to have the eyes in focus for example. the bacground looks too blown-out, as well. |

Although a funny photo, I find the light too overpowering on either side of the dog's head. Had there been a bit more focus around the eyes and a bit better lighting behind, I would have scored this better. Cute idea though - does show fun creativity. |

usually a shot like this that works has at least one aspect of the frame in focus |

This animal (probably a dog) is much too close, so you don't get anything in focus. It's also overexposed and not well enough composed IMHO. I am sorry to be so negative but that is what I honestly think. Do it better next time! |

Good idea if you could of pulled it off. Nothing appears to be in focus. The focal point must be behind the dog. This leads me to believe this was a chance encounter and the preset didn't allow for the sudden loss of light and overexposed the background. Perhaps a different title like "what can ruin a great photo". Even recreating the moment to try to get a better shot is difficult, especially with animals. They rarely cooperate. |
