Sun too bright and flare too distracting... takes away from effective composition of tree and branches. |

Good composistion, sun is over exposed. |

Interesting perspective, but the technical flaws make it difficult to appreciate. Lens flare has its place, but in this image the pinkish dot and purple banding don't seem to have a purpose. The sun is painfully blown out--perhaps if you had intentionally underexposed you could have drawn out the shapes of the branches more and reduced the sun to a more pleasing size. |

Nice composition. Didn't like the lens flare at first, but I think it works. |

the sun flares against the branch are a bit distracting, because they are pink. also the sun gaping into the tree is very distracting and hard to look at. |

The lens flare is distracting and does not add to the image in my opinion. Color a little flat. Interesting perspective. |

The colors on the tree trunk are so wonderfull I wish they were more the focus than the limbs/sun. Never the less, a great shot. Good job!!! |
