I can hear the comments already:
Too bright, lighting too harsh, etc.

I know it's not my best, but I wanted to have a shallow DOF type shot, using flowers found in our garden. I had a shot in mind but when I saw these in front of the neighbouring church, I couldn't resist. Only thing was it was the high midday sun. Had no choice since I would not be back in time to shoot later.

Almost no processing, except Neatimage (used non-traditionally) to blur it a little, and DE-saturated the red in PS. How often fo you do that?

Cropped, resized, and border.

Lovely composition, would have liked the tulips a little less sharply defined on their edges, though.

Good picture. Why did you add that green border though?

Is this thing over-saturated? It looks so plasticky. 3

Hits the topic, and unfortunately, my limit on flower comments. Reasonably good framing and focus choices.

How do you create that border on the picture.(shadow effect)

very shiny red tulips! Much glossier than the ones in my yard! I wish I could see the bottom of the plants. Might crop in a little all around the other edges to bring a bit more focus to the composition. Those tulips are so beautiful I wish you had zoomed in on just one and I could see more detail!

Very nice clean and sharp image not to keen on the shadow on the border. 8

good background selection, giving an even toned frame. Colours are good for the challenge, but nothing out of the ordinary to lift this image.

The composition is perfect.

Very pretty. The colors are fabulous, framing is nice, but there is too much softness....due to despeckle or blur maybe?? Will score high regardless...

these flowers almost look silk... the red appears to be oversaturated... I have this problem with my cam... good complementary colors though... = 6
