Good blacks, but he looks rather like he is in pain rather than singing. (Perhaps he is both?)
Good close crop -- it helps minimize what could be a distracting background. |

| I'd love to see much more of a sense of context, ie more of the audience rather than just some feet, otherwise it's really difficult to know what's going on. Did you check the histogram after taking the shot? It looks like the shadow tones aren't dark enough. Also, direct onboard flash is the work of the devil and makes shots look like snapshots. |
