| A few things wrong here. It looks like just a plain snap shot. Lighting is direct nothing creative here. Focus is good. Composition is plain and again no creativity. Too many distractions here. The mike, his hand needed to be cropped a bit lower and eyes are closed. Nice shot forf memory just nothing explosive here for a challenge |

| The eyes shut doesn't really work for me, the right hand finger is too near the edge of the frame and the microphone obstructs too much of his face... I'd have gone much more to the side. It's very rare that good results are obtained with direct flash. I want to see a photo of this guy interact with his audience rather than in his own world with his eyes shut. |
