Okay, you definitely WOW-ed me here... Nice observation. You did well on the composition and exposure. Challenge met. I\'m not completely sure about the tree and the blue border, though...

| Fairly nice sunset shot, and nice fade of blue contrasting to yellow contrasting to the purple cast of the hills. The glare off the sun is a little jarring given the coolness of the other shades but for the sake of the colours of the sky I imagine unavoidable. |

Beautiful!! The colors are vivid and well portrayed for this challenge. The clouds are whispy and perfect as well as the lighting. I actually said "WOW!" when this picture came up. 10+++
Added: I just had to come back and look at this picture again. I REALLY like it!! Is that a lake in the foreground? The tree on the right really adds to the picture. It's just SO perfect. I hope you make this picture available for print because I would definately consider purchasing this. Except, I would like it without blue inner border...the only thing I didn't like (because of it, you got just 3 plus signs after the 10 instead of 4) ;-) This picture better win a ribbon if not first place. |

| Nice sunset, needless to say. Love those narrow mauvish clouds in the golden light. Would have liked to have seen more of the silhouette of the tree, maybe to fill up the whole right edge. 8 |

| Like this very much - the capture of the edge highlights in those low clouds is wonderfully done, the tree is a nice balance to the sun, and the progression of the hills into the distance is nicely present too. I'd have done something about the noise in the blue sky - it's really quite bad just above the clouds, but not ineradicable. Good work |
