i almost built a wooden one of these for this challenge but didn't have enough time to do it properly. well done minus the sloppy background.

Your background has some dirty spots. Which seems really pointless to me, as this was an advanced editing challenge. Those spots could have easily been removed with some very simple editing. Also, the box is crooked. doesn't look dramatic enough to really add anything to the shot, kind of seems like just an accident. Nice set up though, neat looking, nice colors. ~Heather~ |

I really like this a lot! You put a lot of effort into the set up for it. Only thing I would change would be to make absolutely sure your toothpicks are perfect and maybe clone out the little spots in your background (two to the right of the frame catch my eye right away!) since it's a members challenge...

I bet this took ages to set up. Perhaps the background could be a little 'cleaner', though. |

nice job creating a 2d model of a 3d figure with a three-dimensional medium :) this would have gotten an extra point or two from me if the background were cleaner. some levels adjustments, spot editing, and neatimage would have helped here. |

I was wondering why the red lines went into blue lines and right that moment that line disappeared behind the vertical blue line. Good idea. |

This must have taken some time to do! I like it. The off-level tilt works here too. Nice. |

I think you should rotate the crop counter clockwise slightly. Where is the box? Cool trick :) |

That's cool! I love the color, good lighting. Jpeg compression seems a little high.
That is a really great illusion, and it is impossible to actually create that box. |

Good representation of the impossible cube. I like the different colors. My only complaint...I think it would have been better to get the edges of the cube parallel to the edges of the picture. 8 |

Simple and fun, I like it! I just wish the lines of the box matched up with the lines of the cropping, so it doesn't look so off-kilter |
