This was my first attempt at a long exposure shot. I didn't even realize that my point and shoot had a long exposure setting. I wasn't going to enter this challenge, but got the idea while the power was out to our house. My boxer dog Syndee was a good sport and posed well. Of course, she got lots of treats.

I didn't even have a tri-pod, so I set my camera on a table elevated with a tissue box. Used a 15" exposure setting, the longest my camera has. Got Sydnee to sit still, then shined a flashlight in her face 3 times as she moved her head, following a treat. Trick was to get her to hold completely still during each pose.

Not perfect and not nearly as creative as most who have done this lots of times, but I'm proud of my first long exposure picture.

good doggie. I can imagine how you ran around with a treat in your hand, tripping over tripods, multiple takes, etc...

A funny shot but not one I'd hang on my wall. There is something in the background that is very distracting as well(looks like a chair or table). It does fit the challenge tho. Good luck in this challenge. <5>

LOL....picture quality. Poor. Originality and humor. Excellent! Also, it was advanced editing so you should have blackened out the light stuff in the background!

Nice concept but result not quite good enough. Only left head not too blury. Guess it's hard to get a dof to stand still.

Neat idea with the strobe flash, but overall exposure is a little low. It would have looked nicer if he moved his head more too to distinguish each section.

If you have ever read the first Harry Potter book, Sorcerers Stone, this is a really good interpretation of the three headed dog in the story. Really cool image.
