Nice shot. Nice and crisp and it was a good idea for the challenge it was entered into, I would have given it a 7. I just cant think of anything that you need an egg, garlic, and an onion for but I'm sure it would be good =]

Pretty tonality and textures...esp. the onion. Looks nice in the B & W.

Like the shot and idea, would have liked to see the whole bowl. Great contrast and DOF. 8

slightly pixelated, but great contrast. Work on your photo quality a little, and you'll have a perfect shot. DPC has tutorials on how to do it best under the "Learn" menu at the top of the screen.

This is really well shot. Not too busy either. The reflection on the left side makes the shot. I love all of the circular elements - it creates a continuous theme. The grainy texture of the countertop adds a nice dimension to it. I love the grayed sepia as well. Very nice still life! 8

Somehow, I just don't think that beater is going to have an effect on the onions...

Great B&W photo. Maybe could've used a bit more darker tones though.

Wish you had put something other than garlic and onion with the whisk!
Or skipped the whisk altogether. Doesn´t seem to go together and looks odd. Other than that the photo is rather good with the nice grainy background..

I like the lighting but maybe wouldn't of used so many things in the shot. Just my opinion
