I had an E20 for about 2 months between my C-5050 and my 10D. I didn't really like it which is why I exchanged it for the 10D. |

Critique Club
I don't think there's much to criticise here! It could be sharper, and for me perhaps a fraction shorter exposure to hold the burnt out sections, but it's really a very good postcard shot. I think photographed a little earlier or much later in the day might give you more warmth and gentleness from the light, but catching it with the sun level with that side wall has a good effect in it's own right.
Control over the sky colour is excellent - did you use a graduated filter for it? Given the brightness of the castle, I would have expected the sky to have lost more tone than that.

| Very postcardy, and technically speaking a beautiful shot. The only thing that kept it at 9 and not 10 for me was a lack of a certain spung, that magic 'Wow!' spark. But I have to save 10s for *something*, right? :-> |

| Nice, bright and vibrant colors. I would like to see this at different times of the day to see how the shadows change the overall feel. But it's very nice how it is. |

| Guten Abend. This is postcard-perfect. Nice how one's eye is led from the grass onto the bridge, right into castle gate and castle. Colors are great (for my taste, i might have knocked down the saturation of the sky just a tad). The only thing that bothers me a little is the shadow on the grass but that might be from a permanent object. 9 |

Nearly perfect exposure 7 contrast, sharp focus. Nice sky (polarizer, I presume). The understated text works well for me. An excellent image.
Did you consider any alternative framing/cropping? I don't know what's out-of-frame, so I'm hesitant to suggest it could be better...
wish I had this kind of weather for my submission! |

| The colours are beautiful. The font (letters) go well with the picture. My one "negative" comment, I wish there were no shadow on the grass at the bottom right hand side of the picture. |

| Other than the bright spots where the sun is direct on, this is great. The color is well done, greens are green and blues are blue. the color is suprising given the brightness and muted color if the building. |

| the text feels fairly out of place in this one. a different color might have worked better, or maybe just a lighter border to offset it a bit. The image itself looks fabulout though the green looks a tad bit too bright. Overall this fits the challenge wonderful. Good job. |
