This is absolutely beautiful. One of my faves and should have placed much higher.

I really like snail shots - and yours is very good. The one thing I would have liked was to see a littel less empty space and more of the reflection of the snail. Shame it is cut off. There is an area on the shell that has too much shine to it. With this being advanced editing you might have tried a little burn tool? Giving this a 9

Very good macro. Lighting is a little harsh.

Nice idea! The snail looks great and I love the edge. I like how one of the antennas is out of focus and seemingly poking right at the viewer.
For me, a table with different colors (to contrast better with the snail) might have worked better?
Well done!

What a beauty. I like the subject, colors and dof. I think the foreground and area under his head is a bit distracting and pulls the eye off of him a bit. Tough to avoid that though.

Nice clarity on it's antennae (or is it the eye? I can't remember)

pretty good shot, but the shell seems a bit overexposed in spots

8 - Very nice. Nice colors, nice 'base' (what is it?). If the shell could be more focal balanced (in or out), and the right 'antenna' in focus, then near perfect.

Great colors. The dof is a little shallower than what I would have liked, but still nicely done.. bumping up

Very clear image. I might lose part of the dark green around the edges. Good light usage.
