Is that a turkey buzzard? I had one as a pet when I was a small child. Then it got sick.....and turned into a clown! |

A classic composition (I've actually handled a stock image like this), but I think I'd have sacrificed a few feathers of the lower-right and straightened him up. |

Great shot! (I tried to capture a peacock myself, but couldn't get one to display for me... ) In my opinion, a bit more diffused lighting (looks like a flash hotspot) for the head area would improve the shot a bit. --9 |

A very impressive spread. I'd have liked to see the feet, I think. Alternately, moving the body off center and seing the edge of his fan on one side would make for a less static composition. Nice work, regardless. |

i like the crop, I would have moved a bit to the right if I were you just to get a more dead on shot of the peacock himself. |

my only 1 10s for the challenge, because i want you to win the blue ribbon, my second choices grades are all 8s. Amazing colour, when you viewed for a longer time, it looks like a 3d to me. i love to photograph peacock, they are simply beautiful and lovable and i knw the time you consumed to wait for the peacock to spread the wings..good timing and exposure. I really wanted to your image with a blue ribbon after the challenge. Excellent work and congratulation for this absolutely beautiful image. A PERFECT 10!!!!! take a bow now, you deserved it. |

They're certainl;y very impressive birds - I like the way you've cropped it so that the tail fills the pic border. The blue on the body looks a little tampered-with to me. |

Beautiful shot with a magnificent animal. I'd like to see the body either appearing more straight up and down - I know the peacock is standing straight and I believe your camera was straight, but I think that because you took it a little from the side it makes the peacock almost appear to tilt a bit. Just a minor distraction, though. Overall a very nice shot. |
