 wow this was fun!
took a white piece of foam board and placed drops of cooking oil around in the shape of the peace sign.shot the photo. the rest is as follows

post processing

-individually selected each oil drop and adjusted hue/sat to different levels

-applied liquify filter in the spiral option to each drop or oil

-selected white backround and adjuste hue/sat there

-resized

-saved for web

Cloning, dodging, burning, etc. to improve your photo or remove imperfections or minor distracting elements, etc. is acceptable. However, using any editing tools to duplicate, create, or move major elements of your photograph is not permitted.
