This is a great photo. It would have also scored high with me in the stopped motion competition. |

Great subject. Not happy with composition though. Probably should have moved the camera over about 1/3 a frame. Cut off the horses tail and ass, there is nothing really going on there, and the tail is more of a distraction. Put empty space in the direction your subject is moving. In your picture the horse and rider is going to fall out of the frame. The image could also be a little sharper. |

I like your choice of synonyms for your title... |

Much better action shot than a person shot. Technically clean shot, could be a slight bit lighter in the face. |

Good catch, I love the concentration on her face, and the photo is nicely framed by the hurdles. This would've also done well in the stop-motion challenge. |

Wow, great shot. Stopped the action well, but subject's face is too dark. I can't think of any way to better the shot, so no downgrading. Photo 10 Creativity 10 People 9 total 10 |

Very nice! Good composition though I think the tight cropping gives somewhat of a static look. |

Great action shot. I like the DOF, the angle and the fact that you can see the motion of the horse's front legs. |

good shot - colours could benefit from a bit of work in photoshop to stretch the contrast/ add some saturation, maybe ? Well framed action shot. |

Excellent photograph. The expression you captured on the riders face is wonderful. I would not change a thing. |

Beautiful horse. You can see the tension on both their faces. Considering the horse can't see where it's going and the young rider is anxious about the outcome it's a good story and "rule of thirds" shot. It is a bit too dark though. |

Nice Action shot. Good focus. I would have like'd a little more head room for the horse. |

Great action! The expression on the rider's face is great, but unfortunately my eye is drawn to the horse's face and mane. I hope she did well in this show! Her form looks good! |

Nice action. Too bad the kid's face wasn't a little clearer. |

Very nice showjumping photo. Dappled grey horses always photograph well :). The rider's expression is definitely one of 'focus'. The colours just seem a little bit dim though. |

I think I'd have preferred the horizontal composition, leaving some room for the horse and rider to "jump into". |
