I like the bird being silhouetted, but I wonder if it wouldn't look better cropped in a bit tighter so that it's a larger piece of the image. I also would play with trying to straighten the roofline a bit; I found it jarring to look at. Good try.

okay...this one just did not appeal to me...if you captured it with the wings out stretched....or if you cropped the bottom off (the dark part beneath the roof is too distracting. It's hard but I gave this a 2. And thought I'd share why.

The birds silhouette is just too small to be a major factor in this thus making the roof seem more dominant. But I also understand that it is darn hard to get these birds to listen to us and do what we want.

I would be curious to see the comments you receive on this...the small bird on the rooftop and vast sky works for me. One of the more original shots of the challenge. I am much more a composition guy than a technician. I like it.
