| I love those birds - so cute when they flitter around! I really like the composition of this image. Think you cropped well. What's holding this back from being great is the soft focus. Not sure if thats the camera or oversaturation. The DOF and POV work well for me also. Back to the softness - not sure how to improve on this particular image. Maybe a tripod and a prayer or a higher ISO. The prayer is for waiting for a bird to appear within your frame. One of the draw backs of shooting anything moving in lower light. Good luck in the challenge! |

| Good straight horizon. This image looks a little soft to me, which eliminates some of the detail that would make this bird really pop! Lighting looks pretty good, maybe a little harsh at the tail end of the bird, but not much you can do about the sun ;-) Good composition. Playing with the Levels might help make this shot pop a little more as well. Nice colors! |

| I would probably have given this a pretty good score if the image quality hadn´t been so bad as in this shot. The image desperatly needs more contrast and sharpness, there is little detail and the purple fringing is the last nail in the coffin. Looks like you cropped it severely, am I right? Anyway, composition is good so there is at least that. |
