Weird colour cast here. Didn't know deer come in blue/mauve. This needs serious tone correction. |

On my monitor, the deer has an unnatural purple cast, so rather than blendiing harmoniously with the earth tones of the background, it actually clashes. Colours seem oversaturated in general. |

This is nice, but seems slightly OOF. |

Nice capture, too bad the nose of the deer is out of focus. 5 |

I would love to see this photo in its natural state with no saturation changes. |

Good close-up capture with pleasing compostion. The colors are badly over saturated. Turn down the colors, GENTLY sharpen it, and you'll have a nice photo. |

I have never seen a deer with purple eye-lashes. A little too outside the box for my taste. |

I would probably greatly lower the saturation on this... the harsh green in the background is destracting me from looking at the foreground. |

Very nice capture, though seems to be a bit oversaturated in my opinion.Colors on his ears and nose look a bit odd. |

I like the vibrancy of the green in the background. I think the deer's head and snout could be a bit more in focus though. |

Certainly a beautiful animal but the greens seem very oversaturated and the purple on the deer is distracting. |

Beauty is a subjective thing, I know. In my scoring and comments I'm trying to score based on NOT whether or not I would think a particular subject beautiful, but on whether the photographer has succeeded in creating a beautiful photo. I look for the elements of color, lines, focus and dof interest, lighting, and a certain element of grace and lovlieness. I'm looking for a unique and creative appeal for the highest scorers. The description says to create a photo that makes the viewer think "that's beautiful", so it will undoubtedly be very subjective. (This is what I'm putting at the start of all of my comments, and I hope it is helpful.)
That being said, this is a cute subject and beautiful in nature. I do think the photo suffers some on the technical aspects. The face seems out of focus with some rather odd glaring sort of lighting. There also seems to be a purplish tinit that distracts from the doe. |

I like the crop and the composition but, at least on my monitor, the deer has a strange blueness to it. Not sure if its due to shadow or resizing. Good capture! |

This image has a great background and is composed exceptionally well. This image had potential.
The general low technical quality of the image will prevent it from getting a high score. The color balance of the deer seems off. It is too blue. The DOF of the deer itself is shallow which makes the snout out of focus. Overall clarity of the image is poor.
Wish your camera could have captured this image better. It is really a good shot. |

The colors look a bit off to me -- the greens are too saturated, I think. |

Seems a bit purple. The magenta is very strong..maybe from shadows or from the camera. I do like this beautiful deer. |

The green appears over saturated, and the purple patches on the head is disturbing. |

This is a very good capture. It looks overprocessed though, sorry |
