i love the colors here! the hotspot on the left detracts my eyes from the interesting shapes of the salt... still, very "cool" photo!

The light cast from the left is a little distracting. Good color and focust toward the center.

Nice play on words! I like the framing, but why are the edges so blurry, especially the left? Is moisture in your lense? I know some eBayers from down south are having problems with that. It might just be that the DOF is really short. I still like it.

I wonder what one of these grains would look like crushed. Would it be smaller cubes or slivers? nice macro though.
