Challenge: 10 definetly means the challenge
Composition: 10 fills the frame just off centered
Technical: 8 I think just a little soft focus would have added to the b+w effect

Good tight cropping and good B/w, but I think a little more contrast would have helped bring out the detail

I really like the composition here. The model seems comfortable with the camera, almost letting you view through him if that makes any sense. The only minor thing I would change is the brightspot on his right cheek. Maybe if you rotated position just a bit to the left and had his face follow, that would've solved that. Good job!
