Jack is so cute! I like the shot with the exception of the stripes in the background, very distracting. Look like a suitcase of some sort that he's sitting in? He's a very patient little guy, hope you rewarded him well.
The overall shot also seems a tad dark with the exception of the light on Jack's face, flash usage? Oh and what is that white spot on the front of the box? Nitpicky I know but still distracting in the long run to me. A 7 |

| cute puppy, try to get his attention next time to get more of his face towards you. I like how sharp his face is and the basket hes in. VERY good job !! |

Greetings....
This photo is a nice profile shot, but there are a few issues that you should consider here... 1. The background is a little powerful for the subject. There are a lot of strong lines and contrasts there that make the image a bit 'busy' overall. 2. The image is a little soft in some key areas, probably due to a shallow depth of field aperture setting on the camera. 3. The light provided by the flash is creating a lot of harsh contrast in the image.
Without the title here, i would have trouble determining that this dog is in a box with this tight composition.
