I admit that I don't understand how it relates to the challenge theme, too. But I think it's better than the score you got. It looks like an oil painting to me and I like that effect.

I don't really understand the connection to the challenge, but this is a very interesting image. It almost has a surreal look to it, nice job. I think this image would best fit a "free study" type challenge. - 4 - Mav

Bizarre shot. It either looks very artistic or really badly taken (I'm not in your head, so I can't say which). It is very dark/gloomy - an unusual tactic for flowers. Challenge - without the title, I'd have no idea what this was stating. With the title, I'm still a bit confused. 5 Swash

I assume the distrorion is intentional, but I cannot make out the image and the tile doesn't help.
