Very well expressed. Not what I want to see before my appointment tomorrow. |

Ooh - that just has to be the winner here! It's well shot and framed too, with just enough gore and plenty of tension through the harsh lighting.
Is it safe? ...

Wish the instrument tray wasn't obstructing so much. |

It's hard to initially make out what is going on. Perhaps moving the tray (if possible) would have helped. |

Subject matter is good. Camera angle is different (I like that). But, it seems like you held it in your lap & took the shot at arm's length. The light overpowers the skin tones & it looks like you boosted the saturation a lot (the blood is too red). |

That is so nasty, I'm one of those who actually enjoy going to the dentist but that is horrible! Great picture tough... Definately different. |

This theme might have suggested pain in a much more subtle way. Without blood (which doesn't add to the image). Why did you cover up the face with that table? The eyes are important to suggest emotions. See grigrigirls picture //www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=30912 . Can you see the fear in the subject's eyes?

That tray was in the way... that spoils easily the best pain capture I've seen so far. only a 6. |
