Don't like this. It is a bit too disturbing. Looks like a space ship crash landed on a pier. |

I like the image, you should have called it "The troubled bridge over water" |

Appropriate and clever title. The whole image appeals to me, and I feel it is well composed. I also sense that it is a bit washed and blurry, when detail of the broken bridge would bring its "troubled-ness" into more, well, focus. |

Talk about stormy weather. Good photograph and you were on the spot at the precise moment. Perfect shot for photojournalism. Sure hope no one was caught out at the end of that bridge. |

Nice photo, but this is a pier, not a bridge, so it my opinion it doesnt meet the challenge... sorry. |

Sepia use for this shot seems to me to be extremely appropriate. Focus doesn't seem very strong (could be due to the "fog"?) I have to question your bridge, it seems more like a pier to me (showing me the far end of this "bridge" would convince me better). (Take more time spelling your titles, please) 6 Swash |

interesting photo... the sepia gives it a nice sense of age but the exposure is just a little dark and the tonal range is a little flat also... I could be wrong, but this looks like a pier moreso than a bridge... good luck :) - setzler |

Wow. That's really something. Picture is VERY grainy, but maybe that's the look you were going for. Nice composition. Good photo. |

Wow! You've certainly captured the moment! This photo makes me want to zoom and and see more detail. It has the effect of making me curious which is hopefully what you intended. I think the sepia style tones are perfect for the subject of the photo. I would love to see a little more detail in the shot, and maybe a little less haze. Very emotive! Keep up the great work! |

I like the title - very witty. The photo has an old quality to it (both in the subjects photoed and the sepia toning). I like it. The person on the beach is a little bit distracting, but nothing major. |

Looks like a shot from the 30's or something. Great effect. |

Is this actually a bridge? Looks more like a pier? Photo feels old. If that's what you were going for you have accomplished this. Because the structures look old and are falling down I feel that the old feel fits well. The sepia tone also adds a nice touch IMO. Good work! Good luck with the challenge! |

Is that Brighton? Powerful image but I am not sure that everything is in focus. |

A bit underexposed, but the subject is inherently interesting and I like the sepia tones to convey the feeling of history here. |

The picture is a little muddy. If you had taken it on a day with a little more light, or opened up the aperture a little, this could hve been excellent. |

Now that 'bridge' is in rough shape! The photo really appears grainy... doesn't really reach out and grab me. |

Yeah! Another Brightonite in the midst! Great photo, not sure if I can call it a bridge though! The other problem is it seems to be tilted a bit to the left, though that could be the angle you shot at. What day did you take this? |
