I love the elegance in this photo's composition and color. |

Excellent shot. Even the background elements are nicely placed in the composition. The only distraction for me is the blossom at the bottom of the image, but I think cropping it out would destroy the balance of the piece.
Guess we can't have everything *grin*
Nice job. |

Very interesting image. This is the last thing I would have thought seing being that we are in the middle of winter in North America. Very well done and among my favourites. The only flaw (minimal) for me is that the highlights on the bee are a bit blown out. Good luck. |

While the bee is not in an ideal position (slightly behind the flower), the bokeh in this shot is magnificient! This is what the challenge is all about, well done. |

One of my faves from the bunch. I know people get tired of flowers but this is a good shot with excellent bokeh. The bee (sharp bee) adds an interesting element to the shot. Well done. |

fits bokeh very well ... the background looks almost impressionistic to me |

ths is a really nice shot. I would have liked a slightly tighter crop to eliminate the piece of bloom showing on the bottom and get a little closer to the subject. I understand why you didn't though the background is balanced perfectly with the darker shades of green in the lower right and the flash of yellow in the lower left. Maybe a little closer and slightly downward to still capture those background elements. Very nice job. 8. |

Bokeh like I like to see it used in photographs! Eye drawn to the bee. Great composition. Wonderful use of color. Very well done! |

oh, how i like this. good bokeh. too bad you didn't burn in the highlights on the side of the bee--that really takes away from an otherwise incredible capture. i really love the organization of the image. it gives you the feeling of the bee, floating from one island to another. great work, good luck! |

Hard to imagine it was taken in the first week of January! Where do you live? I am envious (and I am from San Diego) :) 7 |

nice composition but I wish you clould have gotten the forground to pop a bit more ( perhaps a bit darker would have done it even if it made the bee too dark). evokes a lovely feeling of warmth |
