Taken in our backyard after a fresh snow.

Post-processing: rotate, crop, levels, increase saturation, USM

I was inspired to try this challenge by Scalvert's 'Riot of Color', which is an awesome shot. His is a fall color shot, while mine is a more boring winter color shot. Of course, he is head and shoulders ahead of me as a photographer in many, many more ways, too. But, this is why I learn so much from this site. :)

yes, you have met the challenge, but i'm afraid, though, that your subject is less than compelling. it is pretty, and it does make me feel cold looking at it, but visually, it's not really doing to much to move me.
