Hi Lisa,

Greetings from the Critque Club...

Great placement for your Hidden Faces entry. Certainly meets the challenge. You got many comments during the challenge and I really cannot add to much to what's already been mentioned.

I agree with many of the comments on the rotation only because that makes the face a bit easier to see. I think the comments on moving it more in the center are also about making it easier to locate the features. As a general comment (not connecting the shot to the contest but as a stand-alone photo) I find the cropping too tight as it cuts off parts of the "mouth". I know that sometimes tight cropping is a must as it eliminates elements that would destroy the "face"

Adding color or warmth through light would be a good thing to play with if you wanted to. This may have helped add an interesting element.

Please pm me if you have any questions.

Regards,
Theresa

Ooh a skull, excellent entry. I would have enjoyed it more had the 'skull' been more centered but hey, I'm just the peanut gallery.

Should have rotated 90 - interesting shot though!

I think this photo will suffer because of the positioning. Perhaps a rotation of 90degrees CCW would have made for a better entry. <7>

Face looks very real, seems to be in agony. Might like it better if cropped a bit more squarely (if that were possible). (7)

Nice find on the face. I wonder if some colored lighting would have helped the features more.

I can't really see the face.

Another creepy one. Too bad naturally occuring faces are rarely happy. I wish it were a little more in focus, but other than that it's good, 8
