 Reflections on the water, cropped, rotated with minor cloning and sponge tool used to saturate elements of the face and desaturate the top right and bottom left to give more emphasis to the 'face'.

Thanks for all your comments. This was done by taking lots of shots of the rippled reflections of a modern brick bridge next to my boat. the 'eyes' are the sky, the dominant colour (red/brown) is the brickwork, the grey/black is the roof of the bridge and the white is the concrete lintels. The ripples were totally unpredictable so I needed a card full of shots to find a 'face'

A bit abstract but effective. If this is moving water you need to pump up the shutter sppeed a bit to lesson the movement. Nice colors and perfectly exposed.
