No doubt, the image will be discredited for failing to conform to the challenge topic. Nevertheless, the image consists of seven shapes: the tower (black), five reflections and the sky. Seven colours make up the main subject: white, black, yellow, olive, brown and tan.
Granted, at 7 am the light was not quite right. At seven 7 pm I had dinner. Seven office workers called in sick.
Post-processing (Photoshop CS): Curves, Hue/Saturation, USM, resized and Saved for Web. |

sorry I missed the "seven" before voting was over. I would have given higher. At least I see I'm not the only one to miss it. |

Five sections of lit windows? I'm afraid I don't understand. :-( |

I see 5 lit 'storeys' or windows or levels. Assuming i can count, this does not meet the challenge. If there are more storeys, I cannot see them on my monitor, so the pic is too dark. Christmas is coming, you give me a nice new monitor, and i'll give you a 10 - hows that sound? Like bribery i bet... |

7? Seven? Se-ven? Nope - don't see it. :-( Pretty interesting shot though. |

I have looked and looked and I can't find 7 of anything. actually, all I can really see is 5 sections of what looks like lights in windows? not really being able to tell exactly what I'm looking at, I guess I'm not getting it. it's an interesting shot, just not sure what it is, nor how it fits into the challenge. sorry ~Heather~ |

I like this one. The composition is good. The combination of light, shadow and reflection is beautiful. I also think the shot is well balanced. A tighter crop would ruin it. |

Nice reflection, but I don't think it connects well to the challenge. There may be seven stories, but I can only see five. |

I like the the way the light gracefully oozes out of the darkness. |

This photo's relevance to the challenge isn't clear to me, even after careful study. Was your intention to play off the title and intentionally leave two lights missing? |

Pretty dark ... to dark to count 7 of anything and I just calibrated my monitor to be sure. |

Can't really see the 7 here. I find the shot interesting, but seems too dark. Maybe I'm missing something. |
