 my theme .. taking photos and doing stuff to them .. more or less .. and maybe experimenting a bit ..

for the March side challenge

posthumous Don's book arrived .. the paperback at amazon

i do believe that our pets and all animals go to 'heaven' ... even tho this pic might suggest otherwise .. ;)

it took me a lot of time to even understand what the book was about and who was who .. finally the penny dropped ..
and what a brilliant idea ..
and very poignant ..
congratulations Don ..
the afterword .. gives me goosebumps .. and what i feel reading that i have no words for ..

so i skimmed earlier ..
just now i opened to a page ..
i often feel i will get a message when i open a meaningful book at a random page ..
page 26 is the page i opened ..

Loneliness
You don't understand the power of loneliness,

Now that's curling up with a good book. I like the darkness closing in on all sides but the bottom, the book cover. It blends in with Katee's coloration, which creates an interesting broken pattern. The colorful book really pops out of the image. That's a fine endorsement.

The poems in this book are fine but the editing is superb. Happy to his world sales numbers on the rise.

Looks like Katee is dreaming about the book and not ready for heaven yet:) Missed the fact that Don made this book, but I found a link. Not sure if I can order it. Customs here will probably charge me for more than 3 times the price :( Will have to do some investigation about that.
