The center sky streak is the ISS passing over Coarsegold, CA on 9/21/18.
Everything is on a pathway here. The car up the driveway, the ISS, three airplanes (one you can barely see below the ISS), the stars and moon, even the growth of the foliage. The asphalt of the driveway is even moving. If it weren't, explain the cracks.
