From RAW, increased BLACKS, countered with FILL LIGHT.
In PS, Sharpening with High Pass Filter, then Photo Filter's warming.

Reduced with sharpening.
Bordered, saved.

I think this is good for 5.6, and I know I usually have a higher opinion of my photos than others here do.
So I predict 4.9.
